Refund Policy

We hope you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns for store credit only.

We do not accept exchanges. If you would like to order a different size or design, please send us an email: Once we receive your email we can initiate the return process as soon as possible. We will issue you store credit if the items are deemed eligible according to the return requirements detailed below. Store credit can be used to order a different size or any of our other products.

We will accept returns if items can be verified to be in original condition; returns will not be accepted if items have been worn or damaged. Please ensure you use our measurement chart to ensure you have the right size socks. 

If you do wish to make a return, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your order provided that the items have not been worn. Any returns made beyond this time period will not be accepted.

If the compressions socks you receive are at all faulty or damaged, we will replace them free of charge.
