If you’re reading this, you’ve either already placed an order (and can’t wait to get your TheraWear on!) or you’re about to — either way, we’re just as excited as you are.

Pre-Orders

From time to time, we offer products on pre-order due to high demand.
When this applies, you’ll see “Pre-Order” clearly marked on the product page.

• Any item not marked as “Pre-Order” is in stock and will be shipped within our regular fulfilment period.

• If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, everything will ship together once pre-order stock arrives.
  If you’d like your in-stock items sooner, please place them in a separate order.

• Estimated delivery windows for pre-orders are shown on the relevant product page.

• We’ll always do our best to ship pre-orders as soon as stock is available.

If your order can’t be fulfilled within the stated timeframe, you’re welcome to request a full refund at any time before it ships.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

For international orders, your country may charge import taxes, duties, or customs fees.
These are determined by your local government and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

TheraWear does not cover or control these additional costs.
It’s the customer’s responsibility to check their country’s import laws and any restrictions before ordering.

If your order is seized, delayed, or returned due to customs issues, we unfortunately can’t take responsibility for losses or refund shipping costs.
Should your parcel be returned and you’d like us to resend it, additional shipping fees will apply.

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post Parcel Post. Please note, the difference between Express and Regular is the speed at which your order is processed through our fulfilment centre.

Once your order is dispatched, it’s in the hands of the courier — but don’t worry, we’ll always assist where possible if you run into any issues.

In most cases, TheraWear covers tariffs — particularly for our US customers — so you can shop worry-free.
